Group Exercise Classes

  • All group exercise classes are taught by certified and experienced instructors. Classes will be scheduled throughout the day for your convenience. You won't find better variety or more effective classes anywhere in Jackson!
  • All classes are included in membership dues, with the exception of specialty workshops.
  • Bell Fitness group exercise is designed for members to work at their own pace; listen to your body and stay at a comfortable pace. Always consult your physician before starting a new exercise program.

"East Coast Breakaway" Spin (Multi-level)
TRX Circuit (Intermediate/Advanced)
A powerful workout using the TRX suspension trainer, plus other modes of training like step, heavy bags, kettlebells and even spin. Very cutting edge and free with your membership!
Indoor Duathlon (Intermediate/Advanced)
An incredible fat burner for the new year. Half spin, followed by interval training on the cardio machines and/or interval work on the step. Learn where your target heart rate should be, and how to increase your metabolism with interval training.
70s Spin! (Multi-level)
A dynamic spin class taught to your favorite 70s hits. Time will fly as you climb hills, sprint and pedal your way to the best shape ever. Beginners welcome...come early to set up your bike.

"Exploring Inversions" Yoga (Multi-level)
Learn the benefits of inversions in your yoga practice...the effects of counteracting gravity on the body and its systems.
Yoga Sculpt (Multi-level)
A power yoga class utilizing light hand weights to maximize resistance, build strength and build lean body mass, thus increasing metabolism.

Power Yoga (Intermediate/Advanced)
An awesome combination of strength, balance and flexibility work. A little bit more challenging than "Yoga for everyone", so try that class first.
Yoga Lunch (Multi-level)
The most Yoga bang for your buck. A short lunchtime Yoga that will lift you for the rest of your day!
Yoga for Everyone (Multi-level)
A multi-level yoga class that is a great place to start if you are a beginner. If you are more advanced, you will still be challenged by the "option 2 or 3".
Pump (Multi-level…beginners welcome)
An all-over body sculpting class that is ideal for all fitness levels. Choose the resistance that is appropriate for your strength level, and prepare to get PUMPED!!
Spin (Multi-level, just be sure to work at your own pace.)
A dynamic cycling class taught to music. You'll climb hills, sprint and pedal your way to the best cardiovascular shape ever! Beginners welcome...come a little early to set up your bike.

 

Step Interval (Multi-level)
Intervals of step, alternating with strength work will allow you to get your cardio and resistance in one short workout.
Step+ (Intermediate/Advanced)
If you love to dance and enjoy challenging choreography, this is your class. Advanced footwork, but multi-level for fitness level.
Ski Fitness (Multi-level)

Pilates (Multi-level)
A challenging class that is all about core work and functional stability. If you want strong abs, this is the class for you.
Spin / Pump Combo (Multi-level)
A balanced class that will start with a half hour of spin, and end with great toning work.
Spring Conditioning Boot Camp (Intermediate/Advanced)
Like Ski Fitness? Well, this class is a lot like that to get you ready for summer sports. Speed drills/ athletic action movements and plyometrics will get you in the best shape ever for summer season!
Spring Conditioning Cycling (Intermediate/Advanced)
A class that gets you primed for biking season by getting progressively harder and longer with each class.
Box Fitness (Intermediate/Advanced)
An intense, athletic circuit training class that is based on true boxing. Mountain climb, Plank and punch your way to the best shape ever!
Yogalates (Multi-level)
An awesome fusion of yoga and pilates in one class. Get the benefit of powerful core work combined with the upper body strength and flexibility components of yoga.

Yoga for Skiers (Multi-level)
A multi-level yoga class specifically geared to the skier and boarder. Core conditioning and flexibility are integral for an injury-free season, and yoga is the perfect activity to achieve that balance.
Cy - Yo (Multi-level)
An incredible combo of spin and yoga. Muscles will be really warm to allow for more flexibility during the yoga section.
Spin/Core Combo (Multi-level)
A powerful combination of Spin and Abs. Start with 40 minutes of spinning, then go into the group fitness room for Core conditioning. (Participants can take both segments, or just one.)

Yoga Master Class (Multi-level)
Ariel Mann recently traveled to California for an intense yoga training. In this restorative class, learn deep stretches with straps and blocks to enhance injury prevention during your ski season.
Kick and Core (Multi-level)
A dynamic combination of kickboxing and pilates, to strengthen and condition the core in addition to a great cardiovascular workout.
Cardio Sculpt (Multi-level)
Just like our classic Pump (sculpting) class, but with an element of cardio work, as well. Get one stop shopping with a fat burning/toning class all in one hour.
Zumba Tone (Multi-level)
Zumba Toning fuses hypnotic rhythms, easy to follow moves and body sculpting intervals to create a one of a kind fitness program for all levels that is a blast!
ROLL CALL! (Intermediate/Advanced)
A sports-oriented military boot camp full of cardio, strength, balance and core work. If you like a work out that is powerful, quick, and results-oriented, this one is for you!
