What makes this different from other forms of exercise
- IT'S CHALLENGING!
- Our boot camps are "small group training" and as such are limited to 6 participants for a more personal, hands-on session. A personal trainer charges up to $75 an hour, so for less than half that, you can have a personal training experience without the cost.
- Each session includes a pre- and post-fitness assessment, body composition and is completely GOAL ORIENTED to the fitness goals of each individual.
- All sessions are conducted by TRX and ACE/AFAA certified personal trainers.
