Group Exercise Classes

  • All group exercise classes are taught by certified and experienced instructors. Classes will be scheduled throughout the day for your convenience. You won't find better variety or more effective classes anywhere in Jackson!
  • All classes are included in membership dues, with the exception of specialty workshops.
  • Bell Fitness group exercise is designed for members to work at their own pace; listen to your body and stay at a comfortable pace. Always consult your physician before starting a new exercise program.
TRX Weight Training Demo (Multi-level)
Learn a new form of weight training using your own body weight. A terrific workout for core training and balance.
Yoga Lunch (Multi-level)
The most Yoga bang for your buck. A short lunchtime Yoga that will lift you for the rest of your day!
Kickbox Combo (Multi-level)
A combination of aerobic martial arts type activity and punching & kicking a heavy bag. Great for stress relief!
Yoga for Everyone (Multi-level)
A multi-level yoga class that is a great place to start if you are a beginner. If you are more advanced, you will still be challenged by the "option 2 or 3".
Pump (Multi-level…beginners welcome)
An all-over body sculpting class that is ideal for all fitness levels. Choose the resistance that is appropriate for your strength level, and prepare to get PUMPED!!
Spin (Multi-level, just be sure to work at your own pace.)
A dynamic cycling class taught to music. You'll climb hills, sprint and pedal your way to the best cardiovascular shape ever! Beginners welcome...come a little early to set up your bike.

 

Step Interval (Multi-level)
Intervals of step, alternating with strength work will allow you to get your cardio and resistance in one short workout.
Ski Fitness (Multi-level)
Be in the best shape of your life, whether you ski, board, or do none of the above! Prepare for a successful ski season with a progressive class that encompasses leg strength, core conditioning, balance and athletic action type cardio work.
Spin / Pump Combo (Multi-level)
A balanced class that will start with a half hour of spin, and end with great toning work.
Yogalates (Multi-level)
An awesome fusion of yoga and pilates in one class. Get the benefit of powerful core work combined with the upper body strength and flexibility components of yoga.
OPEN HOUSE! (Multi-level)
Free food/drinks...bring a friend!
Cy - Yo (Multi-level)
An incredible combo of spin and yoga. Muscles will be really warm to allow for more flexibility during the yoga section.
Spin/Core Combo (Multi-level)
A powerful combination of Spin and Abs. Start with 40 minutes of spinning, then go into the group fitness room for Core conditioning. (Participants can take both segments, or just one.)
Zumba! (Multi-level)
A latin-american based dance aerobics class that is rockin the US! All levels of fitness are welcome...cardio and sculpting elements combine for a powerful, yet FUN format.
Low Impact Ski Fitness (Multi-level)
All of the intensity, with less impact, than our regular ski fitness class. If you want the endurance, the leg strength and core conditioning that you need for a great ski season, but don't want the jumping and impact on your joints, this is the class for you.
Kick and Core (Multi-level)
A dynamic combination of kickboxing and pilates, to strengthen and condition the core in addition to a great cardiovascular workout.
Bellydance Fitness (Multi-level)
Try something refreshing and new as you train your abdominals in a totally different way! A great workout for the core...
Cardio Sculpt (Multi-level)
Just like our classic Pump (sculpting) class, but with an element of cardio work, as well. Get one stop shopping with a fat burning/toning class all in one hour.
Hi Lo Aerobics (Multi-level)
Floor aerobics choreographed to music with some fancy footwork...it will keep your mind off the fact that you're working hard. If you like a class that challenges your mind as well as your body, this one's for you.
Anusara Yoga (Multi-level)
A great place for beginners to learn good form for yoga poses...moves a little slower and places special attention on alignment during static holds of each pose.
Zumba Tone (Multi-level)
Zumba Toning fuses hypnotic rhythms, easy to follow moves and body sculpting intervals to create a one of a kind fitness program for all levels that is a blast!
Guts N Butts (Multi-level)
Look fantastic and feel strong in those shorts this summer! This class will target abs and glutes with functional strength training using a variety of modalities: balls, bosu balls, weights and gliders.
Athletic Stretch (Multi-level)
A dynamic stretch class that's totally different than yoga. Come learn powerful, effective stretches that you can easily integrate into your fitness routine.
Power Core (Multi-level)
A powerful workout for abs, obliques and lower back, using a variety of techniques such as yoga and pilates, the ball, weights and Bosu.
